The XDP HD Replacement Battery Cable Set (XD439) is an excellent way to update the charging and starting system in your 1998.5-2002 Ram 2500/3500 5.9 Diesel. Each Battery Cable Set is built from a 2/0 (or 00 AWG) wire construction for a greater conductivity and is specially designed as a replacement for your application. Each cable features a heavy-duty crimped-on tin plated copper terminals for a rugged and secure connection. Each connection is then sealed with an adhesive lined shrink wrap to protect the cable from acidic battery fumes and oxidization. Each set comes ready to install with military style terminals, terminal covers, and wire loom for added protection.
