Refund policy

Product Returns:
We offer a 30 day return period from the day you receive your parts.  All items must be returned in their original package without any signs of use or installation marks in order to receive a full refund. Exclusions or restocking fees may apply to some items that are custom built along with any electronics that have been removed from their original packaging. 

Refunds:
Refunds are offered back to the payment method used or in the form of instore credit. Refunds are typically processed within 2-3 days of your items return.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange your item, we can setup a return for instore credit and once your refund is processed, we will apply this credit towards your next order. If you would like to get the new item coming ahead of time, you can simply place a new order and we will just refund you for the old item once it is received.

Core Returns:
Core charges are essentially a deposit that exists to cover the manufacturer's cost in the event that you choose not to send your old one back. All cores must match the product that was ordered and be free from any damage that would prevent the core from being rebuilt. You will receive the core return instructions via email and a refund will be processed as soon as your return has been approved.
