Description
Pushers grid heater plate is a simple bolt on upgrade that takes place of the factory grid heater to improve airflow while eliminating the problematic grid heater bolt that's known for dropping down into the engine. This intake plate is cnc machined out of high quality aluminum and comes standard with a bright silver or titanium anodized finish to add a nice appearance under the hood.
This intake plate has been tested and proven to provide an increase of up to 33% when paired with the Pusher Mega intake manifold which results in a substancial increase in throttle response, faster turbo spool up and up to a 100 degree drop in EGT's.

Cab and chassis modifications (4500/5500 ONLY):
Cab & Chassis (4500/5500) trucks have their MAP sensor located in the back of the heater grid plate where as 2500/3500 trucks have the MAP sensor in the intake manifold. If you want to run this product on a 4500/5500 truck, you will need to purchase an intake manifold for a 2500/3500 and extend the harness pigtail for the MAP to reach the MAP when mounted in the intake manifold. You will also need to source one M14-1.5x10mm bolt to plug the intake temperature sensor hole machined into the Pusher plate. If you have any questions, please call or email us.
