Description

The Pusher Compound Turbo System is engineered as a complete, high-efficiency compound setup for the 6.7L Power Stroke platform. The focus is usable, repeatable power across a wide operating range, from daily-driven stock trucks to competitive applications exceeding 1000 HP. Properly configured, compound charging improves low-end response, broadens the powerband, and can deliver measurable fuel efficiency gains under load.
 
The system supports up to ~750 HP using the stock valley (high-pressure) turbocharger and scales beyond that with upgraded components. It is compatible with most BorgWarner S400 turbochargers paired with stock-based or aftermarket valley chargers.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Dual alternator and Platinum trim trucks require extension of the passenger-side positive battery cable.

This system is not compatible with factory emissions equipment and requires custom tuning to achieve intended performance. Off-road use only.

This kit requires a CCV & Coolant reroute for installation, these can be added above if you do not have your own.


  • Optimized Turbo Placement (Industry First) // Includes a sealed AGM battery, CNC press-brake aluminum battery tray, and a TIG-welded low-pressure A/C line to relocate components and position the atmospheric (low-pressure) turbo for optimal plumbing geometry and airflow.

CNC-machined and laser-cut flanges ensure accurate fitment. All assemblies are fully TIG welded with controlled parameters for consistent penetration and minimal internal flow disruption.

3.5" intermediate charge pipe with integrated 1/8" NPT port for boost reference. Front-mount routing optimized for flow and packaging.
  • Cold Air Intake //
5" cold air intake with Pusher 50 CAL air filter and pre-filter included for high flow and filtration capacity.
  • Exhaust Routing //
Intermediate exhaust pipe coated in 2000°F-rated Cerakote, hydroformed to match the S400 turbine inlet and routed to maintain clearance and reduce heat soak.
Two-piece downpipe with factory-style spherical outlet flange allows adjustability and a true bolt-on connection to the existing exhaust.
  • Oil System Engineering (Industry First) //
Oil feed for the atmospheric turbo is sourced post-filter to ensure clean, stable supply.
Oversized -12 AN oil drain routes to the upper oil pan above the oil level for proper gravity drain and reduced backpressure risk.

5-ply silicone couplers and full stainless T-bolt clamps at all boosted joints.
