If you’ve got a late-model RAM 2500 or 3500 and you’re tired of fighting the wheel with big tires or heavy loads, this kit is the answer. The BIG BORE XD Bolt-On Cylinder Assist Kit gives your truck the extra steering muscle it needs without the hassle of welding. Just bolt it on and go.
The SG856 gear features a massive 45mm sector shaft and a larger lower support bearing, which all but eliminates side-to-side movement. That means tighter steering, better control, and no need for aftermarket steering braces. Inside, an 80mm piston assembly and 16:1 steering ratio deliver smooth, confident handling with about 3.5 turns lock-to-lock.
This setup is built tough with PSC’s XDR Steering Gear featuring our high-flow spool valve for smooth, responsive steering. The 1.5" assist cylinder takes the strain off your gear and doubles as the ultimate steering stabilizer. We’ve even pre-assembled the hoses and fittings so you can get it installed quick and easy. Everything you need is in the box, just add PSC 715 fluid and hit the road or trail.
