Description
The Pacbrake Alpha HD Air Spring Kits offer a simple bolt on installation to improve the ride quality and performance while taking the extra load off of your vehicles suspension, resulting in a more safe and comfortable driving experience when towing or hauling heavy loads.
Alpha HD airbags feature heavy duty billet aluminum end caps that are much more durable than the cheap plastic ends that you'll find on alot of the other airbags offered on the market, this eliminates the common issues of cracks and fractures that lead to leaky bags while making them extremely resistant to corrosion.
AIRBAG SELECTION
ALPHA HD 5000 airbags provide up to 5000LBS of load leveling capacity making them a great option for daily driver/work trucks that do a fair amount of light to moderate towing with things like construction supplies, recreational vehicles and lighter boats.
ALPHA XD 7500 have an increased load capacity of up to 7500LBS to maximize the potential of your load leveling abilites for those that are constantly hauling heavly loads.
PRO SERIES (Jounce Bumpers)
Alpha HD Pro Series bags include built in jounce bumpers that are designed to improve ride quality by dampening noise and vibration while preventing the suspension form bottoming out during impacts from heavy loads, curbs and potholes.
STAINLESS UPGRADE
All kits come standard with the traditional grade 5 mounting hardware, coated roll plates, nylon tubing and standard fittings. The ALPHA HD/XD PRO STAINLESS upgrades all of these components to high quality stainless steel for the best resistance to rust and corrosion.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- For all trucks including those with (OEM) 5th wheel hitches
- Will not fit Chassis Cab models or vehicles with (aftermarket) Curt 5th wheel packages
- An additional 2” Air Spring Spacer (HP10152) is required on vehicles where the distance from the bottom of the metal jounce cup to the top of the strike plate is greater than 7.5”
