JDC Titanium Fuel Rail Hardware
This kit is made to replace the factory bolts that secure the fuel rail to the intake manifold with beautiful titanium!
What's Included?
- (2) M8x35mm Hex Head Bolts
- (2) Lock Washers
Confirmed Applications:
- 03-06 Evo 8/9
- 08-15 Evo X
- May fit other models, but please check for the correct size before ordering. We are not responsible if it doesn't fit your vehicle if it is not listed above.
Installation Tips:
- If you don't already have your fuel rail completely off the car, we recommend removing one bolt at a time and replacing it with the titanium bolt to make sure no pressure is lost, and no fuel leaks.
- Be careful to not let the spacer fall out once you remove the bolt!
- Torque to factory recommended specs.

- JDC titanium hardware is made from Ti6Al-4V (Grade 5) titanium. These pieces will allow you to replace your ugly stock hardware with beautiful titanium that will outlast your car itself! Titanium is around 45% lighter, way stronger, and will not corrode like your stock steel bolts.
