Description
JCG S400 Installation Kits feature the best quality parts and components to ensure a perfect fit without any welding or fabricating needed to install on the 2017-2019 L5P Duramax.
These kits can be modified to work on the 2020+ L5P however it does require custom fabrication to the driver side intercooler pipe to clear the ECM. You cannot run the airbox provided in this kit as it will not fit and line up with the ram air from the hood scoop. You will also need to repin the provided VGT dummy plug. Not practical for a DIY guy but an install shop can manage to make these changes.
KIT INCLUDES
- S400 5" Intake with dry air filter and outerwear cover
- Full functioning airbox to work with factory hood scoop!
- Twisted T4 pedestal with hardware
- Vband hot side/driver side 3" intercooler pipe
- Vband down pipe with heat wrap and two clamps to secure the wrap (4.62" marmon flange at turbo)
- 3.5" Y bridge with cold side/passenger side intercooler piping (Has 1/8th NPT port for aftermarket boost sensor and plug if you do not need)
- All boots and clamps needed
- Remote oil feed and return line kit stainless braided lines
- VGT Dummy plug
- Any hardware needed to installation
The majority of color options are often in stock and ready to ship within the following business day, we will reach out to let you know if there is any additional lead time. Turbo's are coated to order and will add a 10-15 day lead time if this option is selected.
