The Firepunk F5 Transmission for your 2004.5-2007 Dodge 5.9L Cummins is

High Horsepower trucks, this transmission is built using oversized
shafts capable of holding extreme HP and torque.
This is the transmission that was used in both the 1st and 2nd place trucks in the

NOTE:
The transfer case input must be changed to fit the oversized input shaft.
