CALIBRATED POWER MM3 TUNING & POWER LEVELS
The quoted power levels are what you can expect out of a stock truck, if you have modified the fuel/turbo system than the truck will make whatever those upgrades are capable of supporting.
1. Optimized Stock:
This tune is very similar to the stock tune with slight revisions to improve drivability with no measurable increase in power. This is a great option to have if your vehicle is shared with other drivers.
2. Heavy Tow: +40WHP/60TQ
This tune gives a noticeable increase in performance to enhance the towing experience without having to worry about excessive EGT's, this tune is recommended when towing over 8,000LBS.
3. Light Tow: +60WHP/100TQ
This tune is the perfect balance for daily driving/towing with a good bump in performance and drivability when towing loads under 8000LBS.
4. Street Tune: +80WHP/144TQ
The street tune provides a substantial increase in performance with even faster acceleration making the truck a blast to drive around when its not hooked up to a trailer. This tune delivers the maximum amount of power that's recommended in terms of long time reliability.
5. Sport Tune: +100WHP/180TQ
The sport tune is essentially the max effort tune and it is where you will find the most power along with the fastest acceleration possible, this tune can be used for everyday driving if driven responsibly.
ADDITIONAL OPTIONS & NOTES:
Built Transmission Option:
Calibrated designs these calibrations to be safe for the factory transmission, selecting the built transmission option will remove this safeguard and unlock more aggressive tuning.
EGT Pyro Kit:
We recommend adding the EGT kit if you do not already have a gauge setup to monitor the exhaust gas temperatures to ensure that you're operating within the recommended paramters.
Optional Switch:
This is a rotary style switch that allows you to change between power levels without using the display, this is only available for 2006-2007 model trucks.
How It Works:
The MM3 setup will be shipped directly to you with an ssd card that will be used to copy the current file off of your ecm, this file gets uploaded to your computer and emailed back to Calibrated so they can build your custom tune file, once ready they will email your new tune file that will be flashed to your ECM with the MM3 device.
