Borgeson has sourced and adapted this brand new massive power steering box for the 2003–2008 Dodge trucks. Similar to Chrysler's offering for the 03-08 Dodger trucks this Borgeson “Dodge Box” offers the largest piston diameter for the most available power assist and a modern variable valve that allows for stable highway driving and effortless parking and maneuvering. Borgeson has adapted the pitman shaft to be compatible with all OEM and dropped pitman arms that fit the stock box. All Borgeson power steering boxes are assembled and tested in the USA.
These steering boxes are built using all new parts to eliminate the many issues and leaks experienced with most reman boxes on the market and they include a 3 year warranty from the manufacturer.
IMPORTANT NOTES
These boxes have a modified the output shaft to work with all 03-08 style pitman arms and they are compatible with all Y & T style steering setups so there is no need to change these parts when upgrading.
Borgeson's upgraded steering shaft must be used for a direct replacement but the factory shaft can be reused if you grind a flat spot on to the adapter.
