The BD replacement EGR cooler is a direct replacement for the factory unit offering better performance with a substantial increase in reliability. This EGR cooler is constructed of heavy duty 304 stainless material with internal tubes that replace the traditional inner cores to eliminate the common failure points. Additionally, these upgraded coolers include built in water deflectors to increase coolant flow for more heat dissipation.
All BD EGR coolers are fully tig welded and pressure tested and come complete with new gaskets and seals for a simple bolt on replacement. These coolers come standard with a 5 year manufacturer warranty.
Fitment Note:
The EGR system was updated in 2004, proper fitment can be verified by inspecting your factory cooler or checking your vehicles build date.
