BD Diesel's rail plug was designed to replace the factory fuel pressure relief valve in efforts of preventing diagnostic codes and drivability issues in the event that this component becomes weak or faulty.
This valve was designed to relieve pressure under extreme conditions and has a tendency to open prematurely over time resulting in low pressure diagnostic codes, hard starts and decreased performance.
