JDC Titanium Radiator Cooling Shroud Plastic Clip Replacement Kit
This kit replaces the plastic clips on the radiator cooling shroud area with titanium hardware! Each kit comes with the hardware needed to add threads to each hole and allows you to replace plastic clips with titanium bolts. Each titanium piece is hand polished before receiving our proprietary anodizing process, which gives it the long-lasting vibrant colors we're known for!

What's Included?
- (4) M6x17mm Bolts
- (4) M6 Custom Washers
- (4) Rubber Well Nuts
Installation:
- This kit requires each hole to be enlarged with a drill to fit a rubber well nut.
- Each hole needs to be enlarged with a drill bit to 1/2" so the well nut fits snugly. You can do this with a drill bit or a step bit. DO NOT drill the hole too big.
- Once the well nut is in place, simply screw the bolt with the washer in place with an Allen tool until the bolt begins to get hard to turn. Do not over-tighten.
