Industrial Injection's 6.0 Powerstroke injectors are built with new machined solid bodies to eliminate check ball pressure issues and include new harness connectors, plungers and nozzle assemblies to ensure quality and reliability.
Each injector is subject to an extensive quality test to ensure they meet or exceed the OEM specifications.
It is recommended that these injectors are used with a regulated return setup with an operating pressure of 65PSI. This ensures adequate fuel pressure and volume at all times to prevent dead head issues that cause both a lack of performance and potential damage to your fuel system.
All upgraded injectors are designed and intended for competition use. Custom tuning and a lift pump is recommended.
Important Notes:
Use of the regulated return setup set at is required for warranty claims on any race series (R1+) injector.
These injectors are sold individually and require a $150 core charge that is included in the listed above. This core charge is refundable if you choose to send your old injectors back within 30 days.
