There are two alignment dowel pins between the engine and the transmission, it is extremely important to make sure that these dowels are not missed as they ensure proper alignment between the engine and transmission and can lead to a broken flexplate or other hard parts if not installed. These Dowel's are sold individually, there is one on each side of the engine and two are required to make a full set.
